These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by YKSL, including intuitive readings, tarot and Lenormand readings, intuitive guidance, spiritual sessions, energetic work, and herbal healing recommendations. By booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.

1. Service Nature and Client Responsibility

1.1 All intuitive readings, tarot and Lenormand sessions, spiritual guidance, energetic work, and intuitive insights are for personal guidance, reflection, and self-development only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

1.2 You agree that any choices, actions, or decisions you make after the session are entirely your own responsibility. YKSL holds no liability for outcomes resulting from your interpretation or application of the guidance.

1.3 You acknowledge that intuitive readings reflect possibilities and energetic tendencies. There is no guarantee that predictions or guidance will manifest exactly as described.

1.4 Dissatisfaction with the outcome of the reading, including predictions you do not prefer, is not a valid reason for a refund, including situations such as wanting a different timeline, relationship outcome, career outcome, or life direction than the one shown in the reading.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 All payments must be completed minimum 4 hours before the session for both online and in-person sessions, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2.2 For online sessions, payment must be made no later than 4 hours before the call begins.

2.3 Accepted payment methods include MobilePay (for Denmark and Sweden), PayPal, and direct bank transfer to YKSL’s business account.

2.4 Refunds (when applicable) are processed within up to 21 working days due to bank and payment-provider processing timelines.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Cancellations made at least 4 hours before the scheduled session time receive a full refund.

3.2 Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the session, or failure to attend, result in no refund.

3.3 If a client arrives late, the session will still end at the scheduled time, and no partial refund will be provided.

3.4 There are no refunds for dissatisfaction with the content of a reading, including disagreement with intuitive insights, timelines, predictions, or messages that arise during the session.

4. Herbal Healing Disclaimer

4.1 Herbal healing recommendations offered by YKSL are based on intuitive and traditional knowledge. They are not medical treatment and are not intended to diagnose, cure, or prevent any illness.

4.2 All herbal teas recommended are commonly available natural herbs sold in Copenhagen and international herbal stores.

4.3 You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for knowing your own allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, and contraindications.

4.4 By accepting herbal suggestions, you agree that:

• You have assessed your own suitability for the herbs

• You take full responsibility for any reactions

• YKSL carries no liability for allergies, sensitivities, side effects, or interactions

4.5 You agree not to raise any health-related complaints, claims, or disputes regarding herbal recommendations.

5. Psychotherapy Collaboration Disclaimer

5.1 Psychotherapy services are provided independently by Alex Alexander Jacobsen, who is a non-authorised psychotherapist in Denmark. His professional title is not a protected title under Danish law.

5.2 Alex is a member of the Danish Psychotherapy Association ("Dansk Psykoterapeutforening") but operates as an independent practitioner.

5.3 Alex collaborates with YKSL as an external partner. However, his psychotherapy sessions and YKSL’s intuitive reading sessions are completely separate services, each delivered under their own responsibility.

5.4 YKSL does not supervise, regulate, control, or accept liability for Alex’s psychotherapy work; likewise, Alex does not supervise or accept liability for YKSL’s intuitive sessions.

5.5 By booking psychotherapy with Alex, you enter a direct client agreement with him only, whether you are located in Denmark or internationally. Any concerns, questions, data issues, cancellations, or session-related matters must be addressed directly with him.

5.6 Intuitive readings are not therapy, and psychotherapy sessions are not intuitive readings. Clients are responsible for understanding this distinction.

6. Rescheduling

6.1 Requests to reschedule must be made minimum 4 hours before the session.
6.2 Rescheduling within less than 4 hours is considered a late cancellation and is non-refundable.

7. Right to Refuse Service

7.1 YKSL reserves the right to refuse service to individuals who behave disrespectfully, aggressively, or in any manner that compromises safety or professionalism.
7.2 No refunds will be given in such cases.

8. Data Protection (GDPR Compliance)

8.1 All personal data is handled in accordance with EU GDPR and Danish data protection laws.
8.2 YKSL does not share session information, recordings, or personal data with third parties without your explicit consent.
8.3 You may request deletion of your data at any time unless Danish law requires it to be retained.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 YKSL is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from any session, advice, insight, or recommendation.
9.2 Sessions are offered "as is" for spiritual and personal development purposes only.
9.3 You accept full responsibility for your choices and interpretations after any session.
9.4 Psychotherapy sessions delivered by Alex are solely his legal responsibility, and YKSL holds no liability for them.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Denmark and applicable EU regulations.
10.2 Any disputes must be handled under Danish jurisdiction.
